What leather do NORVEN cases use, and is it the same across all products?

All cases in this collection use full-grain leather — primarily crazy horse cowhide for the phone and laptop pieces, and vegetable-tanned hides for the AirPods case where a finer grain is more appropriate. Full-grain means the surface has not been sanded or corrected, so the natural markings remain. Each hide is different; no two cases are identical.

Will the leather scratch or mark the surface of my device?

The interior lining of every case uses a microfibre layer positioned between the leather and your device. The outer leather develops a patina; the inner surface stays consistent and does not transfer colour or abrasion to the device. This applies equally to the phone cases, the laptop sleeve, and the AirPods case.

How do I clean a leather case without damaging it?

Wipe with a barely damp cloth — no solvents, no alcohol wipes, no standard screen-cleaning sprays. For the phone and laptop cases, a small amount of colourless leather conditioner once every few months is sufficient. The AirPods case requires even less: a dry cloth handles most situations. Avoid submerging or soaking any piece.
